Alexander participates in the projects related to clearance with FAS Russia (Federal Antimonopoly Service), the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments and other State authorities of the transactions on purchase / transfer of assets / shares (stocks) of companies doing business in Russia, as well as in projects concerning investigations of anticompetitive agreements of economic entities.
Alexander is also engaged in projects concerning compliance of companies’ activities with the requirements of the Russian antitrust legislation.
Alexander has a vast experience of representing clients active in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industry.
