ALRUD in Chambers 2018 rating

International agency, Chambers and Partners, published rating results of leading law firms of the world – Chambers Global 2018. Alrud is represented in the area of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions (Band 3), Dispute Resolution (Band 4), Intellectual Property (Band 3), Banking and Finance (Band 4), Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (Band 4).

Senior Partner Vassily Rudomino (Eminent Practitioner) is noted in the rankings as a key contact for clients, including foreign law firms. Sources confirm that Vassily Rudomino has "strategic understanding of the domestic market, provides advice on cross-border transactions, joint ventures and corporate affairs".

Partner Alexander Zharskiy (Band 3), who heads the Corporate and M&A Practices, gives advice to major Russian and international companies within projects on joint-venture creation and transactional business.
