ALRUD provides legal support to a Russian citizen in obtaining access to archive materials on her father’s (a famous Russian scientist) disappearance in Spain. ALRUD team provides assistance to Spanish lawyers and the scientist’s daughter in preparation and legalization of all documents and evidence required to ascertain the objective truth about the scientist’s fate.

ALRUD consultants conduct a legal audit of processing the personal data of the Podari Zhizn Charity Foundation, which helps children with oncohematological and other serious diseases. After examining the foundation's key processes for processing the personal data of beneficiaries, philanthropists, donors, volunteers and the staff, ALRUD lawyers prepared practical recommendations for adapting such processes, to reflect the changing enforcement practices. Our team held meetings, with the foundation's staff and volunteers, to discuss the basic requirements of the legislation and the issues arising in connection with their implementation. We are now developing new, and refining the existing, documents of the foundation that regulate the processing of personal data. This will enable to ensure better transparency of the processes.

AlRUD specialists, in the field of copyright and intellectual property, advised the editors of Nashe Nasledie ("Our Heritage") journal on various issues related to application of the Russian law and interaction with rights holders.

ALRUD lawyers provide legal support to the Margarita Rudomino All-Russia State Library for Foreign Literature, including the issues related to intellectual property and real estate.

The ALRUD team provide advice to the Muravioff-Apostol House & Museum, as it conducted restoration of the Muravioff-Apostol family estate and sought funding for this purpose. ALRUD lawyers help the organization to develop agreements on the use of the museum building for state celebrations.

ALRUD helped to develop a series of contracts to formalize cooperation between Art Space Event and companies that provide platforms for large-scale cultural projects. Art Space Event is a project involving several art galleries, which brought together in a single space the best works of contemporary art by Russian and foreign artists.

ALRUD advised the founders and management of the Nashe Nasledie ("Our Heritage") magazine when they were attracting investments and changing the corporate structure of the magazine. Nashe Nasledie is a historical and cultural magazine created in 1988 by academician Dmitry Likhachev and ranked by UNESCO among the world’s best cultural and artistic publications.
