ALRUD reaffirms its leading positions in Corporate & M&A (Band 3), Dispute Resolution (Band 4) and Intellectual Property (Band 4). In addition, this year ALRUD Law Firm is ranked in the International & Cross-Border Transactions in Russia Legal Rankings (Band 3).

Senior partner Vassily Rudomino is individually ranked as an Eminent Practitioner in Corporate and M&A. The source highlights that he 'is dedicated and attentive'.

Partner Anton Dzhuplin is rated in Corporate and M&A in Band 4. The research points out, Anton 'has significant experience in transactions'.

In the individual rankings Partner Alexander Zharskiy, who heads the firm's Corporate and M&A practice, is rated in Band 3. Clients note, Alexander 'creates a good atmosphere between both sides and gives efficient advice'.

This year, Partner Sergey Petrachkov was ranked in Dispute Resolution: Domestic Practice area as Up and Coming for the very first time.
