Restrictions on capital outflows and policies aimed at retaining capital within Russia have left funds trapped domestically, with limited options for transferring them abroad. Challenges relating to dividend distributions, profit allocations, and loan repayments are intensifying, alongside recent changes to banking deposit rules.
