On December 7 Margarita Egiazarova, Senior Associate in the Labour and Employment Practice at ALRUD Law Firm, will speak at the XV Annual Migration Conference titled “Migration policy in the new conditions: Challenges, perspectives, practice” on “Complexity of the HQS relocation in connection with the need to maintain employment contracts”.
The conference is planned with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The invited speakers from the respective state bodies and experts will cover the following actual topics:
- migration policy in new conditions: challenges, perspectives, practice;
- medical examinations for foreign nationals;
- status of foreign nationals in Russia from the perspective of Russian countersanctions;
