Victoria Shvetsova is a Senior Associate in the Data Protection & Cyber-security Practice as well as in the Intellectual Property Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.
Victoria’s experience includes advising international and Russian compa-nies in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, industrial, tele-communications, and information technology sectors on a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. This encompasses issues related to the regulation of technologies and digital platform operations, online content and information distribution, as well as personal data protection and processing.
Victoria has participated in full scale projects encompassing the audit of personal data processing procedures in companies, development and execution of organizational and legal documents, cross border transfers of personal data, liaison with regulatory authorities, drafting of data transfer and processing agreements, and provision of comprehensive external DPO support.
Victoria graduated from the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in Digital Law at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University).
