Elena Skoptsova is a Senior Associate in the Tax Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.
Elena specializes in tax and currency control law, offering services to domestic and international clients.
She has vast experience, encompassing personal taxation of high-net-worth individuals, controlled foreign company rules (CFC), tax structuring, insurance, wealth planning and financing. Elena assists clients with compliance and reporting matters, under the relevant tax and currency control laws.
Additionally, Elena participates in complex projects, related to implementation of worldwide incentive plans and pension programs.
Elena also works with banks in connection with assessment of contracts and transactions of their Russian clients, from the currency control perspective. Elena graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of State Audit, specializing in Financial Law.
