Elena specializes in corporate law and the registration of legal entities. With more than eight years of work experience, Elena has participated in numerous projects involving Russian and foreign clients. Her areas of specialization include the registration of companies in Russia with Russian and foreign shareholders, the accreditation of branches and representative offices, tax registration, corporate support for legal entities and foreign standalone units, the registration of transactions, changes in Russian public registers, reorganization and liquidation.
Elena earned a bachelor’s degree with honours from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and a master’s degree from Kutafin Moscow State Law University. She also has a Cambridge English certificate.
