Maria Davydova is an Associate of our Corporate Law and M&A practice.

Maria's has specialized experience in supporting corporate mergers and acquisitions under both Russian and foreign (particularly English) law, establishing joint ventures, supporting corporate procedures, and restructuring.

Maria graduated with honors from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) with a degree in law: private law, as well as a bachelor's degree from the University of London.
