Maria Garanina is a Senior associate in Banking and Project Finance Practice.

Maria participates in implementing financial projects (debt restructuring and refunding, capital raising deals structuring, project, mezzanine, equity, bridge financing, etc.), advises on regulatory issues, and has experience in legal due diligence and preparing various security (collateral) documentation.

Maria graduated with honours from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in 2021, and National Research University – Higher School of Economics (NRU-HSE) in 2023. Prior to joining ALRUD, she interned at Boston Consulting Group and PJSC Sberbank.
