Matvei Bushuev

Matvei is an Associate in the Corporate / M&A and Sanctions and Compliance practices of ALRUD Law Firm.

Matvei's has expertise in guiding projects for both Russian and foreign companies, including conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for—and closing—M&A transactions, as well as advising on foreign sanctions and Russia's countersanctions.

Matvei graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) with a degree in law and got a Master of Law degree under  Corporate and International Private Law master's program in the same institution.
