Matvei is an Associate in the Corporate / M&A and Sanctions and Compliance practices of ALRUD Law Firm.

His experience includes advising Russian and foreign companies on issues connected with EU, US and UK sanctions, Russian counter-sanctions, as well as legal support on M&A transactions and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence during M&A deals.

Matvei graduated from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics (HSE) with Bachelor’s Degree and has a Master’s Degree under “Corporate and International Private Law” master’s program of the HSE.
