Nikita Musatkin advises on a wide range of matters involving the establishment, modification, and termination of employment relationships; work hours; benefits and compensation; the regulations on processing employees’ personal data; setting up and using electronic HR document management systems; and drafting compliance policies and procedures.

Represents the interests of both Russian and international companies amid labor disputes and inspections by government agencies.

Nikita has extensive experience in structuring employee compensation and remuneration systems, including the nuances of bonus payments, wage indexation, guarantees, and compensation. Nikita also designs long-term incentive programs for top managers.

Nikita graduated from the Russian Law Academy. Fluent in English.

Before joining the ALRUD team, Nikita worked at an American international law firm and gained industry experience as an in-house labor and employment lawyer at some of Russia’s leading IT and financial holding companies.
