Nikita Ulianov is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice.

Nikita's experience includes supporting corporate projects specializing in mergers and acquisitions under both Russian and foreign (in particular, English) law, establishing joint ventures, supporting corporate procedures, and conducting restructuring.

Nikita graduated with honors from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE) with a degree private law.
