Prior to joining ALRUD, Ratmir worked in the capital markets practice an Linklaters' Moscow office and served as Director of Legal Affairs at the Eurasian Development Bank, an international financial institution, where he was responsible for comprehensive legal support for transactions in the debt securities market, derivatives, repo transactions, corporate and project financing. He later served a similar role at the legal boutique Neonika Legal.

Ratmir has participated in complex and innovative transactions in the Russian market, representing international banks and corporations in matters of financial regulation, transactions with Eurobonds, share capital, project bonds, repo transactions, derivatives, securitization, structured bonds, and structured export (advance) financing.

He graduated from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics.
