Valeria Prazdnikova is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.

Valeria advises Russian and international clients on various real estate, construction, land law and corporate matters. Her relevant experience includes advising on the acquisition of residential and commercial real estate and supporting real estate transactions, conducting due diligence on real estate assets and companies, including those in development, mining, FMCG, oil and gas processing, and other industries. Valeria's also has experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on the prevailing countersanctions regulations.

Valeria holds a Master’s degree with honors from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, also with honors.
