Valeria Schepkina is an Associate of our Corporate and M&A practice.
Valeria's experience includes advising on cross-border and Russian M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, management buy-outs, and matters of corporate governance.
Valeria graduated with honors from the International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and also received a master's degree from the same institution in International Private and Civil Law.
