Vladislav Soloviev is involved in projects advising Russian and international clients on various real estate, construction and land law matters, including advising on real estate acquisition and support of the transactions with real estate, in particular drafting sale and purchase, lease contracts, preliminary contracts, terms sheets, agreement on the establishment of an easement, etc., conducting Due Diligence of real estate, advising and representing the interests of companies and individuals in courts of general jurisdiction and commercial courts for the resolution of disputes with real estate.
Vladislav is the author of publications on construction and contract law.
Vladislav has a bacheor’s degree in law and master’s degree in Civil and commercial law, graduated from Higher School of Economics (St. Petersburg).
