Yulia Fedotova is a Senior Associate in Banking and Project Finance practice.

Yulia specializes in cross-border finance transactions, including trade, project, acquisition and real estate financing. She has extensive experience in debt restructuring transactions, performance of due diligence of assets, as well as advising clients on M&A and joint ventures projects.

Yulia graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University and has previously worked at ALRUD and SUEK.

An investment arm of a major Russian bank

as a lender in a complex structured transaction, to provide mezzanine financing to a group of companies, of a major Moscow developer, for construction of a business-class residential complex.

as part of a syndicate of banks on several projects related to financing construction of real estate with subsequent restructuring of previously issued loans.

as part of a project financing transaction with VEB.RF (construction of a cement plant in the Penza Region).

ITE Group (UK)

on refinancing of a loan (increasing the credit limit to GBP100m) from a syndicate of European banks.

Eurasian Development Bank

on a project to finance construction of 15 gas stations by Gazprom subsidiaries (more than RUB2.2b).

on financing a Russian borrower for acquisition of a pharmaceutical company.
