16 May 2023Please be informed that on September 1, 2023, the Federal Law No. 75-FZ on Amending Article 562 of the Federal Law on Communications will come into force (“Law 75-FZ”), establishing new obligations for the owners of technological communication networks which have an autonomous system number (“ASN”).
