Vassily Rudomino on the key trends in the Russian law enforcement practice for Kommersant

Vassily Rudomino, Senior Partner of ALRUD Law Firm, commented on the key trends in the Russian law enforcement practice in the article “Life with no rules: What the last year be remembered for by the Russian lawyers” for Kommersant Publishing House.

According to Vassily, the foreign business remaining in Russia was sandwiched “between the external sanctions regime and the internal counter-sanctions regulation”. Vassily also noted the development of practice of filing tort actions against Russian subsidiaries of foreign companies, and increase in the number of bankruptcy proceedings in respect of foreign legal entities in the Russian jurisdiction.
