Margarita Egiazarova speaks at the Russaudit Conference «CFO 2027: New Challenges and Opportunities»

Margarita Egiazarova, Partner and Head of ALRUD Labour Law Practice, PhD in Law, spoke at the Russaudit Conference «CFO 2027: New Challenges and Opportunities», covering the legal aspects of working with AI and compliance with corporate information security requirements.

In her presentation, Margarita highlighted the key regulatory changes concerning AI product regulation and the main legal risks arising from their integration into business processes. The speaker paid special attention to judicial practice: the principles and main trends in AI use in courts, judges’ attitudes towards the new technologies, as well as the risks of AI use being recognised as inadmissible.
