ALRUD comments for “Trudovye Spory” magazine

ALRUD Partner Irina Anyukhina and Associate Anastasia Petrova provided comments for “Trudovye Spory” magazine with practical recommendations for certain conflict situations with employees. In particular, Irina Anyukhina and Anastasia Petrova commented on the following situations:

  • When an employee goes on sick leave to avoid the dismissal for misconduct;
  • When an employee protected from discretionary dismissal by the employer disagrees to leave the company by mutual agreement;
