In November 2010 ALRUD successfully completed the deal on initial public offering of shares of Mail.Ru Group Limited in the form of GDRs and placing of GDR at the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
ALRUD acted as Russian legal advisor to the underwriters of Mail.Ru Group’s offering (Goldman Sachs International, JP Morgan Securities Ltd., Morgan Stanley &Co International Plc, a maqjor Russian bank, Pacific Crest Securities LLC).
Offering of 32,93 mln. ordinary shares in the form of GDRs raised more than USD 1 bln. This offering is the largest Internet IPO in Europe.
ALRUD team was led by the Senior Partner Vassily Rudomino and Partner Alexander Zharskiy, the foremost experts in Corporate and Finance in Russia.
