Appointment of the new ALRUD partner: Feodor Vyacheslavov

As of 27 January 2012 Feodor Vyacheslavov became the partner of the leading Russian law firm ALRUD. He heads ALRUD dispute resolution team.

Feodor successfully advises and represents clients’ interests in Russian state courts of all instances (arbitrazh and general jurisdiction courts), including the Supreme Arbitrazh Court of the RF and the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce of the RF. He protects the interests of clients within enforcement of international arbitration judgments in the territory of the RF and challenging arbitral awards; he represents clients in enforcement of international state court judgments in the territory of Russia; he represents the interests of clients in disputes on debt recovery under agreements, in recognition of the agreements as invalid. He advises on the framework of bankruptcy procedures (inclusion in the schedule of creditors, challenging the transactions aimed at assets disposition). He also advises on international dispute resolution with regard to Russian law, including assessment of the possibility of filing a claim and assessment of prospects. Feodor participates in asset tracing projects.

Feodor is a member of the International Bar Association.

Feodor Vyacheslavov graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of law. He has a PhD in Law and works as an assistant at the Civil law department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University law faculty. Feodor Vyacheslavov joined ALRUD law firm in 2009 after working for more than 6 years in the leading law firms as a lawyer, senior lawyer and vice-director. Feodor was engaged in rendering comprehensive services to major Russian clients based on a Single contact person principle, and provision of the comprehensive judicial and prejudicial protection of major Russian clients.
