ALRUD announces promoting Andrey Zharskiy to Partner

Leading Russian law firm ALRUD announces promotion of Andrey Zharskiy to Partner at “Energy, natural resources and infrastructure”.

Andrey is active in legal supporting of national and international projects in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure area, including M&A projects, JV projects for natural resources development, construction projects in the said areas. Andrey performs due diligence and advices on deals structuring, negotiates and drafts transaction documentation and deals with other legal issues related to subsoil regulation and to project development (in Russia and abroad), advises on commercial contracts (service and construction contracts, commodities sale).

Andrey Zharskiy joined ALRUD in 2013 as a Senior Associate. Before joining ALRUD Andrey worked as a senior lawyer in one of major Russian oil companies, and as the head of international legal department of an international industry and investment group listed on London stock exchange.
