The Higher School of Jurisprudence of NRU “Higher School of Economics” launces the first professional development management programme “Head of a law firm practice”. Vassily Rudomino and Maksim Alekseev, Senior Partners of ALRUD, will give master classes on “Economics of a law firm” and “Client focus. Client service – a law firm perspective”, respectively. Founders and heads of ALRUD, one of the leaders in the Russian legal services market, are eager to share their extensive managerial experience in solving both economic and client relations issues.
The speakers of the project include partners of Russian and international law firms, head of in-house legal departments, famous journalists, marketing experts and business coaches. Marat Muradov (Dentons), Igor Gorchakov (Allen & Overy), Andrei Korelskiy (KIAP), Edouard Berescshenko and Cergei Voitishkin (Baker & McKenzie), Aleksander Nuzhdin (Pepelyaev Group), Aleksander Nektorov (Nektorov, Savelyev and partners) and others have already confirmed their participation.
This programme is a groundbreaking educational project aimed at forming managerial expertise necessary for successful development of legal services business. The programme will run from November, 2015 till June, 2016.
