Vassily Rudomino, ALRUD Senior Partner, and Feodor Vyacheslavov, ALRUD Partner, were appointed arbitrators of AEB Arbitration Court.
On January 26, 2016, Association of European Business (AEB) declared the establishment of the Arbitration Court (AEB AC), the list of arbitrators comprises lawyers and attorneys from leading law firms.
AEB Arbitration Court will operate as an independent permanent arbitration institution on the basis of New York Convention of 58 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. Almost every country, including the Russian Federation, signed up to this Convention and brought its legislative system to conformity with the Convention.
