ALRUD Corporate practice team headed by firm Partner Alexander Zharskiy has participated in selling share in a joint venture to the biggest German retailer – supplier of household and repair goods OBI.
ALRUD advised shareholder – entrepreneur Igor Sosin, who was selling his 49% share in OOO “Sdelano svoimi rukami” (“SSR”) – company developing DIY-chain under OBI brand in Russia. As a consequence of the deal, which is one of the most significant in retail sector this year, German company has received an opportunity to consolidate their business in Russia.
