ALRUD on acute issues of antitrust law in the magazine "Competition Law International"

Antitrust Committee of the IBA (International Bar Association) issued a current number of the magazine "Competition Law International", devoted to the questions of the competition law in different regions of the world. This issue gives coverage to approaches to legal regulation of dominant position in such regions as the USA, the European Union, South Africa, Japan, Russia, Germany, Korea, Argentina and Brazil. Each region has its separate chapter in the magazine.

Specialists of ALRUD competition team are the authors of the chapter about Russia "Unilateral conduct under Russian competition law". The article is divided into 4 parts. The first section provides general information concerning the questions at hand; the second, third and fourth sections respectively consider (i) how an undertaking is found to hold a dominant position or to have substantial market power; (ii) what type of conduct constitutes abuse of a dominant position; and (iii) how the rules on anti-competitive unilateral conduct are enforced in Russia.
