An article “Failure to provide information to an antimonopoly authority. Issues of low significance of administrative offences” by associate German Zakharov, member of Competition Experts Association, was published in October 2012 in a supplement to the Corporate Lawyer magazine.

The antimonopoly authorities strengthen cooperation with businesses. The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russian Federation regularly requests market participants to provide certain information. In some cases it may be challenging to prepare all of the required documents in due time. The article analyzes cases when failure to provide information upon request of the antimonopoly authority was qualified as a minor offence.
