The July 2013 edition of the magazine “Zakon” features an article “Position of the FAS Russia in the world rating of competition authorities” co-written by associate German Zakharov.
The article reflects the position of the FAS Russia in the annual rating evaluating performance of the world’s leading competition authorities which is published by the independent service Global Competition Review. The authors analyse administrative aspects and law enforcement activity of the FAS Russia in such fields as protection against cartels, abuse of dominant position and merger control.
