Experts of ALRUD’s antitrust practice, namely: Vasily Rudomino (Senior Partner), German Zakharov (Senior Associate), Lyudmila Merzlikina (Associate) and Ruslana Karimova (Attorney) co-authored two chapters of “Competition Law in Central and Eastern Europe”, which is a practical guide published by Wolters Kluwer that addresses key issues of antitrust law in Central and Western Europe, including antitrust regulation, economic concentration clearance, cartel and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance. One of the chapters authored by our legal advisors covers all aspects of the Russian antitrust legislation and practice, while the other one dwells on antimonopoly regulation of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space.
