The IPBA Journal published the article by Maxim Alekseyev and Maria Abe

The December issue of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) Journal published the article “New Opportunities for Investors to the Russian Far East”, prepared by ALRUD experts. The Journal is dedicated to news and legal update in the legislation in the states of the Pacific region.

The article describes the attractiveness and potential of the Russian Far East, as well as its geopolitical and geostrategic importance. In the region there are three Advanced Special Economic Zones, which offers special investment concessions and other advantages. In addition to the ASEZ, authors describe other investment opportunities in the field of infrastructure, mining and manufacturing activity. Investors having projects outside ASEZ are also entitled to apply for state support in the form of participation in the special program of targeted infrastructure financing.
