Expert article of ALRUD Labor Practice in “Trudovye Spory” magazine

ALRUD Partner Irina Anyukhina and Associate Anastasia Petrova prepared an article for “Trudovye Spory” magazine. The article describes the specifics of employee dismissal for provision of false documents to the employer.
In particular, the article covers such issues as verifying of authenticity of the documents provided by employees, procedure, terms and limitations of dismissal for provision of false documents.
