Tarkhova Ksenia, Senior Attorney, and Roman Vedernikov, Attorney in ALRUD Antitrust/Competition Practice, prepared a newsletter for the International Bar Association (IBA) devoted to the Code of Good Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In the newsletter, ALRUD specialists described main provisions of the recently introduced Code and analyzed possible influence of new rules on further activity of the pharmaceutical market players with the focus on competition regulation perspective.
