ALRUD Specialists prepared a chapter about Russia for International Comparative Legal Guide to Outsourcing

Maria Ostashenko, ALRUD Partner, and Ksenia Erokhina, Senior Attorney, contributed to Comparative legal Guide to Outsourcing 2016.

Within collaboration with the publishing house ALRUD specialists have prepared the chapter devoted to outsourcing and its regulation in Russia. The chapter has comprehensible question-answer format. In the chapter ALRUD specialists comment on outsourcing regulatory framework, procurement process, transfer of assets, employment law, data protection, tax, insurance and other issues.
