Maria Ostashenko, ALRUD Partner, prepared an article for December’s issue of Leading Internet Case Law. In the article, Maria commented on professional social network LinkedIn block in Russia.

LinkedIn was blocked in Russia in November 2016 in accordance with Russian Localization Law, according to which certain types of processing of personal data belonging to Russian nationals shall be performed in databases located in Russia.
