Irina Anyukhina has prepared a review of Russian Employment Legislation for “The Employment Law Review”

British publishing house Law Business Research has released 8th edition of annual guide “The Employment Law Review”, devoted to overview of international employment legislation and changes in employment legislation in 48 countries. Among the authors of the guide are leading lawyers from all over the globe.

Irina Anyukhina, ALRUD Partner, heading Labour and Employment Practice, traditionally prepared an overview of Russian legislation. Irina Anyukhina has focused on key changes in Russian employment legislation in 2016. In addition, the review covers issues connected with labour relations regulations in Russia, wages formation, protection of personal data and other aspects of the field.
