ALRUD Specialists article for “Financier Worldwide”

Anton Dzhuplin, ALRUD Partner, and Timur Akhundov, ALRUD Associate, prepared an article for the June issue of “Financier Worldwide” magazine. In the article Anton and Timur commented on new rules regarding the approval of major transactions and related party transactions concluded by joint stock companies and limited liability companies. The changes entered into force on January 1, 2017.
