ALRUD law firm participated in the publication of “The ICAC Practice at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for 2004–2016”, a collection dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the ICAC. This edition is the only major collection of ICAC judicial proceedings in Russia for the recent 7 years.
The book includes the most interesting anonymous extracts from decrees and rulings on 107 cases of the ICAC for the period from the beginning of 2003 to mid-2016. The publication is based on materials from International Commercial Arbitration and Bulletin of International Commercial Arbitration journals.
Furthermore, it includes statistical data on the ICAC activities during the said period and some review materials on the practice in anonymous cases of the ICAC.
