On October 6th and 7th 2011 in Moscow will take place the 3rd “Russian and CIS Mergers and Acquisitions” Conference.
ALRUD Senior Partner Vassily Rudomino, Co-Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Russian and CIS Mergers and Acquisitions Conference will moderate the session “Main trends of the Russian and CIS M&A market development. Macroeconomic elements and internal reserves”. ALRUD Partner Alexander Zharskiy will participate in session three on Successful joint venturing in Russia and CIS.
Participants of the Conference are M&A legal advisors, in-house lawyers, economists, CEOs and strategic development advisors, investment bankers and managers, interested in global distribution expansion – all those interested in development of M&A transactions market in Russia and the CIS.
