In Moscow on December 3-4, 2008 the International Conference “Law Firm Management” will take place. It is organized by the Law Firm Management Committee and the European Forum of the IBA (International Bar Association) in cooperation with LegalStudies.RU. Vassily Rudomino, the senior partner of the law firm ALRUD, will take part in it.
The International Conference “Law Firm Management” which will take place in Moscow for the second time will under the aegis of IBA gather heads of leading law companies fr om all over the world.
The key topics for discussions will be regulation of legal profession, marketing and promotion for the law firm and also mergers and acquisitions of law firms. It is also offered to give consideration to the problems of influence of the world financial crisis on the legal business.
Vassily Rudomino will be the moderator of the second session “Are Lawyers Manageable?” wh ere he and top specialists from Russia, CIS and Europe will have a panel discussion on management techniques and HR strategies of law firms in different countries. Participants will get the opinions of heads of law firms in Germany, Spain, England, Russia and the Ukraine on the most effective methods of labour forces management.
