On October 10, 2008 the Moscow Entrepreneurship Group had a meeting on the topic "Business apart / How to split a business". Aleksander Zharskiy, a partner at ALRUD, covered in his speech frequently occurring legal problems connected to splitting a business as well as alternatives of civilized disputes settlement and ways of entrepreneurs’ interests protection.
