"World of Know-How Management: Technologies, Training, Consulting, Practice" conference took place on May 18-19,2005 at the All-Russia Exhibition Center. Svetlana Gorbunova, ALRUD Know-How Manager, made presentation in the section "Know-How Management in Russian Business: Expectations and Reality" speaking on 'Know-How Management in a Law Firm'.
