The head of FAS Russia Igor Artemiev announced that in current harsh economic conditions the Government decided not to decrease, but to increase the antitrust body control, because economic crises are usually accompanied by severe reduction of competition.
Igor Artemiev also made a proposal for ICAP members to discuss on the governmental level the issue of participation in drafting the International anti-cartel convention.
