On December 2, Senior ALRUD Attorney, Timur Akhundov performed on education seminar of German law company Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt. The seminar embraced the following topics: international contract law in the field of mergers and acquisitions, European and German antimonopoly law, international arbitration and managing business in Russia, India, Japan and China.
Timur Akhundov participated in a block devoted to managing business in different countries and narrated about managing business in Russia.
Key speakers were Matthias Weller, EBS Law School Professor, and Gerhard Wegen, Gleiss Lutz Partner. Law firms Gleis Lutz and ALRUD take part in education project EBS Law Term for EBS students of Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht for the first time.
