International Roundtable «Combating Bid Rigging» was held on September 26 during the Russian Competition Week 2016. Vassily Rudomino, ALRUD Senior Partner and Chairman of the Council of Non-Commercial Partnership “Competition Support in the CIS Countries” and German Zakharov, ALRUD Of Counsel, took part in the event.
During the roundtable lawyers, representatives of the competition authority and international experts discussed one of the most serious violations – anti-competitive agreements. Participants considered both theoretical and practical issues as well as a hypothetical case on bid rigging during the auction.
