On October 25 Anton Dzhuplin, ALRUD Partner, participated in the Conference organized by the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia) “Independent Guarantee: International Experience and Russian Practice”. Anton moderated one of the sessions.
In the course of the Conference participants discussed topical issues of practice in the guarantee instruments application such as issues of understanding and interpretation of new forms of legal regulation of these instruments, and also analyzed judicial practice which was formed after commencement of amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on July 1, 2015, and resolutions of international arbitration institutions.
Legal community members and practicing bankers representing major international and Russian banks were among the speakers of the Conference.
