Maria Ostashenko, ALRUD Partner, and Kira Egorova, ALRUD Of Counsel, took part in a Conference “Art Market Regulation”, held in General Staff Building of the State Hermitage Museum in Saint-Petersburg. The Conference was conducted under the auspice of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
The main issues discussed during the Conference were relevant and unsettled questions on cultural property possessing and circulation. Keynote speakers of the Conference – representatives of Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, the Russian Academy of Arts, International Confederation of Antique & Art Dealers and other associations and professional communities and major businesses.
